Hopefully you will never in your life have a need to call these guys. Hopefully your kitchen will never ever be flooded by a refrigerator water filter dumping gallons and gallons of water a minute into your new home. However, if you are ever this unlucky IMMEDIATELY call these guys! We were in just this situation and in a total panic. They IMMEDIATELY came out, assessed the situation and developed a plan to attack the water still seeping from our walls. It was not an ideal situation for sure as anyone can imagine but these guys are absolutely the best. They had machines in and under our house almost immediately pulling out the moisture. They tented the area to concentrate their efforts on the damage in and under the house. They removed the soggy hardwood flooring, insulation and anything else that was damaged and hauled it away immediately. Within a week to 10 days they had everything completely ready for new materials to be brought in for repair.

Again, this is NEVER a situation you want to be in....but if you do IMMEDIATELY reach out to this amazing team of professionals and allow them to do what they do best! Thanks guys for saving our dream and making the pain of our emergency so much less than it ever could have been by your promptness, attention to detail, responsiveness, communication skills, and follow through!

Friendly, professional, & responded to our emergency very quickly & was knowledgeable.of work that needed to be done. Assessment of damage was accurate they worked with insurance claim . Staff was friendly, honest & easy to work with. Very much appreciated, I would recommend their serves to others

Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was completed as promised. They made certain that none of the equipment used did not leave any traces. As a matter of fact, our carpets were vacuumed better than we do them ourselves! Thank you for taking care of our home.

Peak Performance co-owners Brayden and Tanner work beautifully as a team. They responded the first day we called after we suspected a leak in the kitchen affecting our hardwood floors. They gave us a clear outline of the events to come and followed a very organized system to accomplish our goal. From the start to finish of the mitigation process, they provided strong communication with us and the insurance adjuster, and completed each step taking great care with our property and personal items. Their final clean up was thorough, and they have offered their services in follow up if needed. I recommend them highly to complete their tasks conscientiously and in a timely manner. I had a water leak in my wall in the middle of the night that flooded my bedroom. I called up Peak Performance and they came out that same night. They got the water shut off, cleaned up the water on the floor and even helped move my bed to another room so I could sleep. Next morning they where back with all there equipment and got all my carpets dried without having to remove it. These guys are great! Friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Two days before we moved into our new house we suffered a flood in three bedrooms and the family room. We called Peak Performance and they responded the same evening. They set up huge fans and dehumidifiers. The guys were great to deal with and explained everything we needed to consider. They also had suggestions in work we could perform ourselves like removing baseboards and flooring which saved us a good amount of money. After three days we were all dry and ready for new floors. Although i hope we never have another flood, if something happened in the future, Peak Performance would be our first call.

Peak performance got us through a tough time when my mom discovered a slow leak that had damaged many walls in her house. Peak performance gave us a great price as insurance was unuwilling to cover it even throwing many services in for no cost. Cant speak highly enough about this company.

These guys were great to work with. They showed up late on a Saturday night to begin helping us get through a bunch of water damage in our kitchen and crawl space from a leaking refrigerator. Super nice guys and very professional. They do excellent work.

Don’t waste your time with the other restoration companies like I did, that will just exploit your lack of knowledge in home restoration. Peak Performance Restoration are honest and will actually take the time to explain what's going on. They are great people that actually care about making your life easier.

We had a pipe break upstairs while we were away for the weekend and had water leaking through the walls into the downstairs living room and kitchen! Within a day they had the place taken apart and had begun the drying process. They were very informative and professional. We are thankful for the quick response thank you guys!

Spicket broke on the side of the house and we had some siding and drywall that was getting soft and moldy. They were friendly and professional. We also had them clean are carpets.
