Shop and staging yard
Our Nampa, ID location
This is where crews and equipment stage for the west valley. It is a working yard, not an office, and every arrival window on this site is measured from it.

What this location is
Said plainly, because a location page that implies a lobby it does not have wastes somebody's drive.
This is a shop and a yard. Crews and equipment stage here between jobs. There is no front desk and no waiting room, and we do not meet customers at this address. Everything customer-facing happens at your property or at the Meridian office.
Every arrival window quoted anywhere on this site is measured from this yard. The model is drive time plus 45 minutes, which covers load-out, fuel, and getting through your door, then rounded up. It is why Nampa reads within about an hour and McCall gets no clock at all.
Air movers, LGR dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, negative air machines, containment stock and the drying trailer live here. A Caldwell or Middleton call does not wait on a truck crossing the valley first.
Canyon County runs on gravity irrigation. When the canals and laterals charge in April the shallow water table comes up with them, and crawlspaces that were dry all winter take standing water in May with no plumbing failure anywhere in the house. That season lands closest to this yard.
Old Nampa is craftsman and kit-catalog stock from roughly 1900 to 1940: original crawlspaces, no vapor barrier, and where there is a partial basement there is usually no perimeter drain either. The subdivisions off Middleton Road and Southside fail the other way, on PEX fittings and ice-maker lines.

Every city we serve, with the honest arrival window for each
A person answers 24 hours a day, and the nearer of the two locations is the one that rolls.
How the clock is set
Every arrival window on this site starts here, at this yard. The arithmetic is public because a number you cannot check is worth nothing.
Drive time plus 45 minutes
Forty-five minutes covers load-out, fuel, and getting through the door. We add it to the real drive, round the total up, and never quote tighter than the round-up.
Overnight adds thirty
Between 10pm and 6am the crew is coming from home, not from the yard. The window widens by half an hour and the page says so instead of pretending the night is the same as Tuesday at noon.
Past a hundred minutes, no clock
Idaho City, Cascade and McCall get same-day mobilization and a real window by phone. Highway 21 and Highway 55 weather decides the number, not us.
Estimates, not guarantees
Every window on this site is an upper bound. Call and we will give you a real time for your address.
Work we do in Nampa
