Seven programs, one trade each

A realtor is working against a closing date. A property manager has a unit that has to turn while the tenant in it keeps calling. For a plumber the problem starts after the leak is capped, and for a roofer it is everything still wet under a roof that is now watertight. Each program is built around the one that is yours, and the realtor program is where most of this started.

The crawlspace & foundation program

The job page behind every referral

You open the same page your client opens. Every job you send has one, and it is the part of this no other restoration company in the valley offers. The page carries the readings a technician logged that morning rather than whatever anyone said on the phone last week, and your client holds the same link, so nobody is relaying updates between a contractor and a worried homeowner.

Status
where the job stands today, in plain language
Completion date
the date we committed to, and whether it still holds
Readings
moisture numbers by location, logged daily against the dry standard
Photos
numbered, dated, and mapped to the finding
Documents
the scope, the estimate, the drying log, and any verification
Timeline
what is done, what is next, and the day equipment comes out

Property Managers
per-unit readings, formatted to drop into an owner report
Plumbers
the arrival photos, which show what the water had already done
General Contractors
framing moisture content, falling toward what you can build over
Roofers
the ceiling, top-plate, and attic numbers, read from the next roof
HVAC
what came out of the plenum, what got contained, and the ceiling below
Crawlspace & Foundation
subfloor and joist readings, and the day the liner can go down

$0What the program costs you

What you pay, and who we invoice

Nothing to join, nothing to sign. No annual cost, no minimum volume, and no charge for assessments, remote or on site. The only invoice we ever issue goes to the property owner, for work they approved in writing first. Your name is not on it.

The other half of the deal: we do our scope, hand the property back, and leave the relationship alone. We are not quoting your build-back, selling your customer a roof, or introducing ourselves as anything but the company you called.

What happens when you send us a job

Your name is on the referral, so the only thing that matters is what your client experiences after you make the call.

Your client gets scheduled first

Partner jobs are booked ahead of general inbound, at whatever size the job is. Give us the deadline on the first call and you have an answer on that call, while there is still time to do something else with it.

You watch the same page your client watches

Every job you send comes with a live link: current status, the written completion date, daily moisture readings, photos, documents. Your client sees the same thing. When they ask how it is going, you already know.

A direct line, not a call center

You call (208) 391-5248 and you get the people doing the work, nights and weekends included. No intake queue, no dispatch service taking a message, no waiting until Monday to find out whether anyone is coming.

Free assessments for your clients

Remote from photos and video, or scheduled in person. No charge, no obligation, and no pressure on your client afterward. If there is nothing wrong, we tell them that in writing, which is frequently the most useful thing we produce.

Documentation in the format the file gets read in

Psychrometric drying logs, thermal imaging, moisture maps, numbered photos, and line-item estimates in Xactimate, which is the format a carrier's own estimate is written in. The claim belongs to the property owner and stays theirs to run. What we control is that the paper behind it is complete, dated, and legible to whoever picks it up.

Work goes back out, and the client stays yours

We do our scope, hand the property back, and leave the relationship alone. We are not quoting your build-back, selling your customer a roof, or introducing ourselves as anything but the company you called. It runs the other way too: when one of our jobs needs a plumber, a roofer, an HVAC company, a builder, or an agent, it goes to the partners who send us work.

How it works

No packet, no vetting, nothing to sign. One conversation and the first job you send gets handled like it came from us.

1

Tell us who you are

A two-minute call or a short form: your name, your company, your trade, and the best number to reach you. That is the whole application. There is no vetting process, no packet, and nothing to sign.

2

We set up your access

Usually the same day. You get a link that shows the jobs you have referred, and a direct number for the team. Nothing to install, and no login for your staff to manage. On the trade programs, this is also the conversation where the referral terms get set.

3

Send the first job

Call, text, or email, whatever is fastest from wherever you are standing. Photos help but are not required. If you want an opinion before it becomes a job, send it and we will look at it for free.

4

Watch it get handled

Open the link whenever you want. Status, readings, photos, and documents update as the job runs, so when your client asks how it is going, you already know.

Questions partners ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no fee to join, no annual cost, no minimum volume, and no charge for assessments, remote or on-site. The only invoice we ever issue goes to the property owner, for work they approved in writing first.

Is there compensation for referrals?

On the trade programs, yes. Plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, general contractors, and crawlspace and foundation contractors get a compensated referral relationship, with the terms agreed in a conversation before the first job so nobody is guessing afterward. It never appears on a property owner's invoice and no job is priced differently because a referral came with it. On the realtor program, no. Most brokerages prohibit an agent accepting compensation from a vendor and it can reach a license, so we do not offer it and we are not going to be the reason an agent has that conversation with a broker.

What do realtors and property managers get instead?

The reciprocal, which is worth more anyway. Work goes back out to the partners who send it. When one of our jobs needs an agent, it goes to the agents who send us clients. Plus priority scheduling, free assessments, the live job page, and a scope your client can negotiate from. Nothing to disclose to a client and nothing to run past a broker.

Am I committing to anything?

No. No exclusivity, no minimum number of referrals, no contract, and no term. Send us one job a year or one a week. If we do not perform, stop sending them and nothing happens. You owe us nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

What if I send you a job and you cannot take it?

We tell you that day. If we are not the right fit, or the timeline you need is not one we can hold, you hear it on the first call while there is still room to hand it to somebody else.

Can my client see the job too?

Yes. Your client gets the same live page you do: status, drying progress, daily moisture readings, photos, documents. Every Peak customer gets it. The referral reflects well on you because the work is visible, not because we say so.

Becoming a partner

One conversation and you’re set up, usually same day. No cost to join, no minimum, no contract.
