The whole schedule
Sixteen services, one discipline.
Almost everything we restore started as water. Mold is water that sat for two days. A fire loss is soot plus the water the hoses left. Storm damage is water taking a new way in. Even the crawlspace work is water coming up from the ground instead of out of a pipe. Find the water, dry it, prove it dried, every service below is that discipline applied to a different situation.
Crawlspaces and attics
The two places nobody looks, and a large share of what we get called for starts in one of them. Neither gets checked until something is already wrong. We wrote down what we know about both.
- IICRC S520 mold remediation, both spaces
- Crawlspace and attic are part of every Full Inspection
- We coordinate with roofers on the roof itself. We do not replace roofs.
What we get called for most
The four emergency lines. Each page walks through the scope, the process step by step, and what it looks like in your city.
Not sure which of these you need? Call and describe it.
The rest of what we do
The work that surrounds a loss, or prevents the next one. Same crews, same documentation, scheduled instead of dispatched.

The Full Inspection
If you don’t know what you’re dealing with, start with the inspection. A whole-house moisture and mold inspection: thermal imaging, moisture readings, crawlspace and attic checks, and a written report in your portal with next steps. Restoration companies don’t usually publish prices. We’d rather you know one before anyone drives anywhere.
Credited in full against the job if you hire Peak. No minimum, no expiry.
If the visit turns into a covered claim, the fee goes on the estimate as the emergency service call, which is the carrier's line rather than yours.
Free is a different visit, not a smaller one. A tech comes to the one area you called about, meters it, reads the humidity in that room, and tells you what they find before leaving. Nothing in writing. The $279 visit is the whole house and the report.
