Caldwell runs from turn-of-the-century farmhouses and downtown brick straight to subdivisions platted in the last few years. On the old stock it's lath and plaster over dirt-floor crawlspaces. Plaster holds water and hides it, which changes the whole drying plan.

What is the difference between ozone and hydroxyl?
Ozone is faster and more aggressive, but it is a lung irritant. The space has to be empty of people, pets, and plants while it runs, and it needs airing out afterward. Will the smell come back?
